It ends when the Russians, who started it, pack up and go home. As for weapons, the US supplied about 130B worth and the US bought them from US companies, so they got paid. The EU contributed about $325B. The US contribution was 1.5% of our GDP and not a single US solider was put in harms way.

He went to sign away the mineral rights to rare earth elements in his country for continued support from the United States and help in negotiating a peace. Its complete bullshit that he never thanked the US, he thanked the US profusely, over and over and over for anyone who bothered to listen.
