And it was delicious. As was Ottolenghi’s side dish of charred tomatoes and yoghurt.
Slow-cooked lamb shoulder in torn succulent chunks. Charred cherry tomatoes with oregano, thyme, garlic, lemon and chilli on a bed of thick Greek yoghurt surrounded by the cooked juices of the tomatoes. Very colourful.
