That's true but at some point we are going to need a show of force. Nothing crazy but a protest or a general strike. Something to wake people up. But I do agree with you that we can do something in our community to help. I just feel like we all have ideas but nothing goes into motion.

I cant imagine how mind blowing it must have been when you read them. I would have loved to have read them in high school but in my country we had other books. But I am glad that I read 1984 now because I felt like I could appreciate it more. I am going to read The Great Gatsby next.

That's the point, they don't care how it makes them look. They openly talk about killing everyone that does not agree with them and is not white. They just call them a terrorist or a communist. You will do a double-think like in 1984 and wave off any evidence to the contrary

It's part of the propaganda, every one that does not agree with the message 100% is a terrorist. That's why now they have so much in fighting.
