I walked away from that place …left it all behind.

#ATB - what a wonderful event. Hope you get back, I did the 30k in ‘05 & ‘06.

Very tough (rain, wind, 2C/35F) conditions this morning - any comments about the race itself?

Am OK with that for yesterday’s game only - the day of the tarif(s) announcement. Am taking other actions but am respectful of flags & anthems of other nations.

I did try contacting #Goodyear on IG and email to corporate - no response.

Do make a point of grabbing some good reference pictures - both for your sense of satisfaction and chance to brag.

Offering this, not as a great picture, but a poignant moment.

Late March, 2020, Covid fears were large, misinformation even larger. We had the long drive back to Canada ahead and toilet paper shortages were real.

Always nice to see my wife excited!

Nice candid image of your son.

Can you elaborate a bit on what/how you processed it? TIA

Three days and you are thinking that discussing politics will increase engagement?

Am here for “no politics”.

Been a great first few days, still curating.

You have a great plan, congratulations on committing to a change and the success along the way.

Am sure you know it is not a straight line and it’s normal to have a few bumps/setbacks along the way.

Game you a follow & you can inspire me.

Cheers from Canada,
Alan

Great to be accountable.

Where are you starting from?

(I’ve gone from being comfortable at 218 pounds (28% BF) to 168 (18%) and trying to figure out a balance of muscle, diet, exercise to get me under 15%)

Wishing you every success along your journey, you are the first here I’ll follow.
