disagreements within CARICOM should have been resolved privately to get to common understanding of all perspectives regarding “zone of peace” means (because there seems to be a wide difference of interpretation in how those words are used) & try to come to mutual consensus statement. /end

it was well known that the current TT PM is a supporter of the current US admin before April TT election which she won convincingly. Her style seems to mimic the US admin in “say it as it is” and “TT first” 2/
