I can understand your reasons for wanting to say you're not responsible for the whole chibi dalek thing, and I'm again glad to have gotten the response from you. I also hope that me @ing you about this stuff wasn't seen as irrational due to Dalek Hq's history of theft and toxicity.

Hi thank you for taking the time to reply, personally my reasoning for it being based on your version rather then a general "chibi" look wasn't just the two row hemis, but more from things like the Eye and Gunsticks design, almost being 1-1. However if that wasn't something you came up with [TBC]

Another factor as to why we doubled down on this being based on your work, (Besides the other examples of them taking from others) is how the person who "created" dalek jr has stated repeatedly that its based on his Genesis plush. As you can see, the model has more in common with your art.

As the original artist you are capable of reporting or having someone report the avatar on your behalf with vrchat. I have been told they do take these kinds of things more serious then other platforms. Although this claim was only told to me, not from first hand experience.

Dalek HQ also has a history of taking the works of others, often times lying about having credit when they never did. Such as The Prydonians work.

The group in question is Dalek HQ, a vrchat dalek group. They took the design you came up with back in 2008 and have been attempting to pass it off as their own creation.
