No idea. Probably so you shell out for an Enterprise license. Pisses me off. I’d love to enforce this but the best I can do is GPG since we don’t yet have a big enough team to justify Enterprise.

Can I ask why? This is accurate reporting, and most of these articles do surmise that he is doing it in anticipation of a successful House vote; AP said as much:

I remember someone recently talking about how instead of SNAP, we should be feeding people via local food banks with donations.
The absolute irony is that doing so would cost ridiculously more than simply funding SNAP.
There’s a reason we put money together toward collective efforts like this.
