Pretty sure this is the setup for Rats Night of Terror (1984).

Waiting for paint to dry, and for LED wiring to get in tomorrow, so I improved the interface and added a morpher sound effect. I suppose a mute option is in order. The white text is much more visible live.

Version 2. Very happy with how this came out. The laurels are more I Corps, so I might do another version replacing the X at some point.

A custom made machine embroidered patch, approximately 4 inches (~98mm) round, that is white, black, yellow, orange, and red. The outer lining is white, the background is black, white text is around the outside saying "OPERATION PERSUASIVE FORCE 2757", there are yellow laurels separating the text from the inner section, an orange representation of the Terran Hegemony with 3 red arrows pointing into it in the inner section, and a white X for X Corps.

Today's prototype is a byproduct of doing reading and putting off actual writing. For the hardworking I Corps of the SLDF. It's basic, and I have a more fun version I'll make tomorrow with design improvements on the laurels. Also switch to X Corps, since the "I" has 40k vibes.

I'd make my pitch for Akita here, but in truth I think it worked for me because I knew someone living there, and it reminded me of the rural city area I grew up in. In any case, I have fond memories of the place and people, and still slip in Akita-ben phrases to scare Japanese people.
