I liked the controls more than bayonetta 1 but the combat still didn't stick with me that much. I find the humor and spunk of the dialogue to be what hooks me to bayonetta.
I didn't really care for the speed and teleportation of the final boss either. Made getting combos moot.

Got it for Christmas so gave it a playthrough and i really liked it even if like two or three sections of the game are brutally unforgiving in terms of mistakes during stealth or chases.
They did pretty well on Switch. Looked pretty good from afar, though textures drop up close.

Probably one of the most agonizing games for me this year. I easily prefered the first game and i only disliked this the more i played.
Aside from some character designs and some music, there wasn't much i liked about this game, so i'd prob give it between 5.5-7/10

Weirdly enough, it felt the clunkiest of the first three games. Its inability to focus on a single target during combat constantly got me killed and infuriated me. I think the inputs were fairly unresponsive, as putting in combos regularly didn't work too.

I absolutely loved the first Halo Wars and i still really like this one as well. My only big gripe is that i I wish it had more cutscenes, but gameplay-wise it felt more on par with the standard RTS than the first game.
Flamethrowers still seem to suck though, i think. 😅

I can't say it was a terrible game, but it's just not that memorable and i think it has a lot of flaws in its design, but i do think its sequel has potential if they can do it right.
I wish MP customization was unlocked thru progession and not 90% thru paid bundles.

I probably played part or most of this one through a future game, but never played it on the gamecube before. Quite a bit harder than i expected, especially with 1-3 levels in each of the last 4-5 worlds. Definitely got hands.
Story a bit outlandish and quirky though.

Overally, I enjoyed the game but i'd probably put it lower on my tier list for the series. While at first a neat experience, the overworld sailing got a bit stale, so i ended up skipping 5 heart containers.
I did like the graphics and ending in particular.

Originally played years ago but never beat so gave it another shot. Really enjoyed it. Some say the controls aren't great but my only real complaint is the camera sensitivity, though there were instances where the camera itself was clunky with close-range targets.

Looks and sounds good but controlled horribly for me. Probably the most unreliable controls i've had in a metroidvania and i've played the original metroid running below 30 fps on an emulator. Got 98% completion and considering my experience, i don't really expect to return.

A decent game that is completely and utterly betrayed by the final boss fight. Uses every single annoying JRPG mechanic in one fight.
Back to back bosses with a drawn out phase 1 (rapidly regen body parts protecting weak spot) and instant death countdown on phase 2.

Though i did 100%, i thought the game was only alright, not spectacular like Lies of P was.
It's an interesting soulslike for sure but i felt like there were a lot of underlying issues in the combat balancing and enemy behavior and it kinda just compunded each NG+

Fun game, wasn't sure i'd like it but i ended up enjoying it enough to 100%. I don't like it as much as Persona 3, though i did find the characters engaging.
I can definitely see a planned sequel, though i don't know if that's planned or not.

As someone who's never seen the movies, the complaints that the plot is dull or derivative fly over my head. Honestly thought this was a really cool and fun game. If the first move has a similar tone, i might watch it. Thought the robocop oneliners were kinda funny.

Super fun and gorgeous game. Took just around 190-200 hrs for me to finish.
I do think the game economy is pretty rough, but it's still pretty doable. Combat was fun and difficult, and never really had an issue with bullet sponges.
I did not like the bosses too much though.

Easily my least favorite world war 2 COD. Was made in 8 months and it's pretty rough mechanically. Environmental hitboxes and dialogue echoing are probably the biggest areas of roughness in the game.
I can tell Treyarch used some of the same code in WaW...grenade spam.

I thought it was a good, albeit quick campaign. prob could have used another mission or two towards the end. I liked how it brought back the health kit system from the original call of duty. Multiplayer is still fun, but more frustrating than i remembered. Zombies gud too

Honestly, i really liked it. I think the core gameplay is very solid and it looks and sounds good.
I do think it could benefit from another class or two and another couple maps. Playing via matchmaking, i mostly got the first mission, though i don't know others' experience.

Took a little while longer than I was expecting, but finally beat the main story. Simple hybrid of tactics or fire emblem plus pokemon. Generally not too challenging either. There's alot of post-game content that I may or may not get to, depending on my mood.
