Haha, this is possibly the most fun one I could of "tried to do"
But unfortunately real life work is getting in the way :(

Mainly here is just general "light and switch" automations, the "house" knows when it's empty, so will turn off any (smart) lights that are left on, turns off certain plugs (digital photo frames) Kids device chargers, etc etc
Then when we return it will only re-enable again if motion in that room
