So write a post about it and let people choose to comment on it. Don’t cloud the issue …. unless you are trying to do just that. Cos that seems to be what you are doing… if you are not a right wing bot or bad actor you are doing their job for them.

What about them? This post is making Republicans accountable for their policies. Pointing out that many Democrats have the same paymasters refocuses the argument away from Republican accountability to policy, so is ultimately counterproductive. General political corruption would be a different post.

You denied that the story has been suppressed, claiming there is no evidence, when it is self evident. Your moral position for this requires you to deny either the crimes of Isreal or the moral obligation to protest those crimes. Which is it?

Didn’t know you supported Labour… but that fits. I don’t particularly want to argue with you, but hell, if you are an active Labour support I have a couple of questions. What do you think about what Labour are doing with the NHS and privatisation? What do you think about steadfast support of Isreal?

Denying the clear suppression of a story of national interest, which is part of the suppression of what is happening in Palestine. I am not saying you are consciously supporting genocide, but you are supporting the interventions that have allowed it to continue unchecked by informed opinion.

Direct comparison with another structurally similar case is evidence, and the lack of reporting about a politically motivated hunger strike, which is directly in the public interest is the evidence. Look, if you want to support genocide that’s up to you, but don’t pretend.

I get what you are saying, it is a valid point. I just don’t like the way the narrative is to blame dems for not stopping republicans, rather than focusing on the republicans being inhumane. It is a PR tactic that actually help shield republicans from scrutiny.

People are confusing the ability to nitpick or deflect against a clear moral imperative as a plausible defence of what is clearly wrong.

Sorry but you are showing an incredible bias if you claim that this story is not being suppressed… the British government and media’s response to anything to do with Israeli crimes and UK complicity is nothing but deflection and suppression, because it doesn’t bear any level of scrutiny.

I am not sure what I find more disturbing, the lack of coverage or the response comments. You are all sleep at the wheel, and complicit. I am disgusted by the government, and I am disgusted by anyone treating this as an ordinary crime.

So you don’t find the suppression of coverage about their protest underhand? If the British Government don’t think they are doing anything wrong, why is this story being suppressed in the media? If you think it is not being suppressed review the coverage of the IRA hunger strikes.

I try not to engage with trolls, so did not bother. If you can’t remember who said what about what you should take notes. I said that Americans should hold their leaders accountable, you said ‘I’ll get right on that” and you haven done anything more than flail about in your own rhetoric since.

So you are saying that stating that those who swore to uphold something should be held to that oath is a platitude? This is what I mean by cliche. You are too interested in make something sound like a point to bother examining what you say, or of it is indeed defensible.

Though your point is valid, you are missing the larger one. There is no potential candidate from any background that could get the media coverage required to get to the presidency, who doesn’t support Israeli genocide. This is a problem with the system, not the potential candidates.

I don’t think he is dead. Far too much footage missing for a simple hit, and the dead body’s nose doesn’t look like Epstein’s. If you were Epstein, and you had blackmail material on all the rich and powerful would you not have some ‘disclosure insurance’ released on you death? It’s a cover-up.
