Sometimes it's because you see some things with clarity the masses don't have and become justified in anger over what you saw. Something they clearly can't see. I agree we should take a deeper look at what's seen as mad before we write people off.

The movies really did a lot of characters dirty, treated em like jokes, and/or race& gender swapped em in the name of DEI. Which arguably made them worse. Example of a character did dirty: cyclops if the X-Men. Example of a gender swap: Captain marvel. Character treated like a joke: nightcrawler
