Its fun, if you do it for friends or some collegues. Its impressive if they sound "good". But its cringe if its an official event. Especially if it's a big company... :/

Give a direct idea of what is Happening. In headlines of post, Pull requests and commits. I use it for years in commits (also VS code extension) but often got slight , grinning smile oft Colleges.
