I'm a stay at home mom, so it's easy to get overwhelmed and just pick up my phone to ignore it. But I'm trying to be more present for my son, he deserves that from me! So I'm trying to do more art and show him how much I love it

I've gotten back into working out and yoga, I'm trying to focus on eating better too. And picking up hobbies I had dropped in pursuit of dopamine on my phone.

I've taken to putting my phone in another room and focusing more on my home and what I need to do around here to make my life easier and healthier!

The TikTok ban was actually kind of exciting even though I was sad to see everyone else who had made their living on their have to scramble
