True, particularly for services, but in many goods & foods domains intra-provincial trade faces greater friction than intra-EU.

Canada itself is not a single market due to divergent provincial regulatory, licensing and excise fee structures. So subsuming Canada into SM would be doubly good.

Track records usually matter though and as an avid observer of DHSC not found any evidence of delivered change or impact (let alone positive) since 2016.
