Thanks for the offer il I’ve reverted the changes for now, I will revisit at some point and see if I can create a simple reproducible repo for it if I still get the issue in the future.

Yea not sure what was happening couldn’t find much about it unfortunately so ended up reverting and going back to webpack.

I ended up reverting the change in the end and going back to webpack but from what I could find it was related to using require instead of import which I fixed in my code but still hit the problem so believe it was something else in the dependency tree but I couldn’t find much info on it

Isn’t it based on vs code, I never got on with that, think that’s mostly why I’ve not tried it

I’m not using Claude, just GitHub copilot in the IDE and just web chat. All of them seem to have similar problems although some are def worse than others. But never really noticed the problem as much as I do now.

You're not wrong. For this kind of tool I don't think like that, its a tool I need, I don't want to spend £5 here and there for every tool I might need, the current tool I have sucks, so if it gives me income, that's a bonus, if not, I've still got a service I need.
