I go out in a light wrap when it’s zero Celsius… it’s nice, mostly. But I miss being cozy over warm blankets sometimes. And the full-on sudden hot flashes are something else entirely. Can’t focus, can’t function, just burning up.

I’ve had an overall elevated body temp since after my cancer… the menopause is just making things more extreme ;)
