It’s ok to not be ok. It’s ok for life to feel like it’s too much. It’s ok to not be strong, and need to take a step back to find some ease and clarity in the dense fog of uncertainty. At the end of the day, doing our best is all we really can do. Sometimes it’s not enough, and that’s ok too

It’s ok to let it out. Things build up on the inside, your feelings that are very real and valid. I had to just a few nights ago. Trying to hold things in but just couldn’t anymore. And it’s ok to do that. Sometimes it brings clarity too. Music can be like a comforting touch through it all too

Given how hectic and gnarly these life paths, its an absolute need. Sometimes its possible to shove emotions aside for a bit but they tend to find ways to come roaring back and its exhausting x_x
