Feel the same way, and have been enjoying transitioning to Linux. It will be some time before I'm fully rid of MS/Apple, but every day I shed more things and find ways to do it on Linux. And if something doesn't work on Linux I'm more motivated to learn other things that do.

It is a very special feeling when you work on something in solitude for a long time, and then get to see players click with the game and come back to play multiple times.
