At the end of class, while in front of everyone, I tossed him my Black Belt.
This is something I do to show people that everyone gets got and that it's not a big deal.

While training Jiu-Jitsu, you’re going to have highs and quite a few lows. It’s really easy to let go of something when things are going horribly.
A bit more difficult after you’ve submitted your gym rival. lol.
Hang in there.
