Gonna have a rant about @playstation.com
Might as well, because the bot in the supposed helpchat isn’t helpful, and if there is a customer service line, it’s well hidden.
Problem is with pairing controllers. Tried several. Using right cable. Pressing the PS button as directed, then nothing.

First workd problem: why on earth is it soooo difficult to add a second controller to the @playstation.com PS5? In the old days (PS1 &2), just plug it in and off you go. With PS5, who knows what you’re supposed to do?
