Article 1 of the US Constitution provides that ONLY Congress can declare war. Yet, #Trump is claiming we are at war with immigrants, thereby allowing his administration to ignore the law. Did I miss something? When did Congress OFFICIALLY declare war on immigrants here illegally or here legally?

i think it is important to say that the open and explicit racism of the president and the vice president isn’t just uncouth or “controversial” but a direct attack on tens of millions of americans and a dereliction of their duty to represent the entire country
