I’m on 5MG but my doctor had me order a 10mg injector & to use twice as long to save money. That reduced mine from 560 to 382 for 2 months. My doc also told me to get it from Costco because they have the lowest cost.

Do you remember how much these cost at the time? Also, the case had a belt clip as they were a little big for pockets.
