Sharing my journey of healing, mindfulness, and gratitude. Working with life's limitations rather than against them, and finding peace along the way.
There’s so much we miss when we’re locked in.
The way trees move when no one’s watching.
The smell of rain. The sound of someone really laughing.
Life happens out here.
It’s not curated. It’s not measured. It just is.
And that’s what makes it beautiful.

Practicing gratitude daily is one of the most effective ways to heal from trauma and also helps to build confidence. As with anything, the more we practice, the easier it becomes to see the good in even the smallest of things.

This sounds like an excellent read.
It undergirds all forms of supremacy. Addressing inequality and systemic oppression requires addressing that existential fear.

As a step in that direction, we're planning a read-as-we-go book club for September, reading "Radical Mindfulness: Why Transforming the Fear of Death is Politically Vital"

At times, the world can feel incredibly confusing. Remember, it is perfectly okay to acknowledge that you are not always qualified to pass judgement on every issue that may arise.
