Maybe not the oddest thing here, but... why is this South Korean flag a Pepsi logo?

Ours stands out from that crowd, though, in that the state seal on it is an ugly image that somehow manages to whitewash history while still being cringey and racist all the same. Thankfully both flag and seal are being replaced in a couple weeks.

Indeed, there's no such flag flying at the city offices, just the USA flag and the also worst-in-the-nation Minnesota flag.
