Cryptocurrency just pushed up GPU prices a little bit at some point, but then it was Covid and the AI bubble, the biggest hardware consumers are data centers Amazon, Meta, Microsoft etc. even before this GPT era. Nobody knows, but I think it could be around 56-58k

After a while it will go up. Nothing was lost, just the owners changed. The hardware market was fucked by AI not crypto, but it will never come back, the hardware manufacturers like it...
