Stress management is an important part of managing our handicaps, disabilities, fears, and disappointments in life. There are healthy ways and there are very bad ones.

The mental health is tied to physical health as the stress prevents a good nights sleep. The brain 🧠 deteriorates without sleep. The stress leads to consumption of stimulants and relaxers as a way to cope. Caffeine/Sugary foods for energy/focus. Smoking/Alcohol to relax.

Anyone can have a moment of peace and clarity on how they should live clean honest lives.

In Buddhism, the enlightened deities get statues with many faces & thousands of hands. It’s to express how the Buddha sees, hears, & responds to all. I kept my atheist mouth shut to stay out of the cat fights. 😆

A lot of people want to believe that they are that special and want to hang on to it. I was at a Bible study in university and one new gal said she talks to god. Other gals who also said god talks to them directly got mad and shut her down. Wild huh? 🤷🏻‍♀️😆

The wealthy powerful do get pretty delusional as they see themselves as god or the one that gets to talk to god directly. A lot people have moments like this when taking recreational drugs, be dehydrated, or can’t tell the difference between imagination & reality. 😆

Qin Shi Huang was the first emperor of China. We learned it in 7th grade history/social studies. Pay attention kid, this may save your life! 😆

Qin Shi Huang drank mercury because sincerely believed that would give him immortality when it actually shortened his life. He could have lived longer if he weren’t an idiot. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Zombies = Deadly Diseases
It’s the only thing that really slows down & stops predators. Men in some cultures think 🍇-ing girls, because they are clean and pure, would cure them of their STDs. It doesn’t and adds more infected people to the population.

All drugs were experimental. Nothing FDA approved. He bought expensive combination of pills thru the back of vans. A rotating series of newer retro-viral drugs kept him alive as the virus mutates fast and evolves to be immune to the older drugs. There was no cure, no vaccine, nothing yet.

AIDS patients had no cure. Genetics was a fairly new science as the humane genome just began to be mapped out. Thru the 1998 USC Human Diseases class I took, they invited an AIDS patient that survived to talk about the early years.

The kid would be the Trojan Horse that brings them all down the same way AIDS wiped out a lot of middle to upper class people in the 1980s US. It was such a new and vicious disease. So feared when I was in high school. It was our Covid.

I was thinking of having a kid with a new undetectable blood disease that got past the screening phase and everyone who used his/her blood got it too. It would be like a new HIV-like virus.

No one investigated the disappearances… parents and children realize it’s the clean kids were taken. So to protect themselves they pretend to dirty themselves by taking up smoking, drugs, & acting promiscuous.

I figured they be setting up blood farms using kids with clean healthy blood they snatch from loving homes of parents who care. Not druggies, not runaways, abused orphans… anybody considered to have disease riddled dirty blood.

The year 2026, I have decided to scrap the story because reality is too crazy and gross for me to rewrite as science fiction for kids. 🤢 🤮
