I've always been intrigued by Shadowrun, but the one time I tried the ttrpg with a group, they were all minmaxers obsessed with weapons over words. I actually got Dragonfall a while ago on a Steam sale but never played. Maybe I should! Any mods you would suggest or just a regular playthrough?

I liked the initial novel, but it didn't really grab me till I got into the meat of the first phase. Having the diversity of formats, authors, and pov's really made it fun, fresh, and less monotonous to work through so much content. Phase II in particular had a lot of my new favorites introduced.

I'm curious as to your take on the initiative as a whole. It is my all-time favorite Star Wars era now and it really reignited the love I have for the universe in a way I hadn't had since I was a kid first discovering Star Wars.

The only good Wonderbat pairing is such a situation. The Batman of China saw the Wonder Woman of China in her true full-on snake form and still loves her. It draws heavily on Bai Suzhen story.

I think Dinosaurs had a broader but less deep impact on culture? Like, if you show the characters from Dinosaurs, people of Millennial age and older will definitely remember them, but maybe not much about the show. Buffy will be less known, but those who recognize the show will know more info.

I find I walk away from PTA movies thinking, "This was a technically great film... but I didn't particularly enjoy the experience nor do I have any desire to watch it again." I guess I'm not filmbro enough to enjoy movies for just being pieces of art? I'm not sure. 🤔
