Today the flock is done…for now! I say that because longer they sit here the more I play with them. Sometimes it’s good but sometimes it’s bad. I have to put them away or sell them!

Good morning, this morning as I get ready for my walk in -20. I thought I would look at my new flock of birds that I’m painting because I’m sure they are not outside singing! Brrr! But the birds will be singing in my head!

Morning! Great to get out and get fresh air and be near Mother Nature. I love being in this moment right now!

Today’s morning walk ended up going up snow covered stairs! I feel I need to do more of them!

I’m an artist. Like many, I love the outdoors — hiking, backpacking, canoeing and kayaking. I love to get outside, see the world around me, breathe fresh air and meet the animals living near me. I take them home in photos and put them on canvas, hoping to capture and share how I felt.
