Broadly agree - except when it devolves to banning ABC journalists from being active in their neighbourhoods on various issues.
Ie: Signing petitions...a direction given not long ago by management
Neutered from community engagement as a condition to work for the ABC is just not worth it.

Perhaps this reflects what an ordinary job the government is doing at explaining the reform.
