Vance was obviously lying when he said violent Jan. 6 criminals shouldn’t/wouldn’t be pardoned.
Trump was clear he intended to, getting his Blackshirts back on the street. Vance was clear that, unlike Pence, he would’ve broken the law to aid the coup.
The error here is media’s credulous stenography.
I’m old enough to remember this from last Sunday.

Easiest layup question in media today: ask Republican elected officials if Trump should have pardoned the January 6th folks who violently attacked cops that day.

Elise Stefanik thinks Israel's corrupt Netanyahu government has a "biblical right" to steal the West Bank from the Palestinians.
Our foreign policy has been hijacked by Christofascists.
VAN HOLLEN: Do you share the view that Israel has a biblical right to the entire West Bank?

STEFANIK: Yes

Can someone explain why TikTok is a bigger national security concern than a social media platform run by a South African technofeudal oligarch actively interfering in our elections and sabotaging our national interests here and abroad?

Sometimes the combination of arrogance and ignorance is breathtaking. Yes, US health care has high admin costs; that's because it relies so much on private insurers. Govt-run health insurance has much lower overhead

RBG PAC’s $20M last-minute pro-Trump abortion campaign wasn’t just shady (and completely opposed by RBG’s surviving family members)—it was fully bankrolled by Elon Musk, new campaign finance reports show. Billionaire meddling in our elections must be stopped.

Trump's cabinet picks are united in denying the climate crisis.

The consequences of climate denial — including on agriculture, infrastructure, and human health — will cost our planet up to $3.1 trillion a year by 2050.

Do they have another planet to live on?

My thoughts on the insanity we’re witnessing: a shadow president, an unelected billionaire, working to dismantle our institutions with a fake, non-governmental agency, all while the media treats Musk's actions as if they’re perfectly normal.

In the wake of the 2024 election, two unelected billionaires, Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, have plans to reshape the United States government.
