The Lean Writing Method.

This is the easiest way for online writers to validate their ideas.
Basically, you're throwing a bunch of ideas against the wall and seeing what sticks.
Create endless ideas for products to sell.

Here’s the formula:

Social media post -> Long thread
Thread -> Story on Medium
Story -> Newsletter
Newsletter -> Free product
Free product -> Paid product

You are too old to start a writing career

You can't write 4 books a month

You can't make a living writing

Don't believe everything people tell you.

Apply the Rule of 100

Don’t quit until you’ve done 100 reps (ex. 100 blog posts, 100 poems, 100 tweets).

I heard Noah Kagan mention this rule on Deep Dive with Ali Abdaal.
You can't make a baby in one month with nine different women

Stay focused on your core skill

Good things will happen

If I could give my younger self advice about becoming a writer, I’d say:

- don’t wait for inspiration to start writing
- actions lead to confidence, not the other way around
- don’t let fear get in the way of your dream
- learn about self-publishing

Step #1: Learn the basics of how to write a drabble

1. Understand what a drabble is
2. Set up ChatGPT for drabble writing
3. Pick a genre for your drabbles
4. Practice writing a drabble every day
5. Master the art of word economics
What is the framework for using ChatGPT self-publishing a book of drabbles (even if you’ve never written fiction before)?

1. Learn
2. Develop
3. Experiment
4. Audience
5. Prep
6. Publish
7. Promote & Grow

More details on each step to come. Stay tuned.

One piece of advice I would give my Younger Self would be to start a journaling habit early in life.

Journaling helps to:
1. Clear the mind
2. Brainstorm creative ideas
3. Organize and understand thoughts

Start today by free-writing in a journal for 5 minutes. What do you have to lose?

Do you want to write like Dan Koe or Dakota Robertson?

Use the What, Why, How framework.

This will help grab your readers' attention and help you build authority.

What is the problem?
Why should people care?
How can others solve the problem?

I once heard someone say that every year millions of people die with at least one book in their mind.

How depressing is that?

Start a writing habit to give your ideas and stories a voice. Someone out there may need your words.

Today, share one idea you can't stop thinking about.

To survive and thrive in this world, you need a plan.

It doesn’t have to be college.

It doesn’t have to be permanent. Life happens and people change their minds.

But you need direction for your life.

Otherwise, you’re not living proactively. You’re living reactively.

Impostor Syndrome often manifests as persistent self-criticism.

Our inner critic derails our creative pursuits unless we challenge the negative dialogue with positive reinforcement.

What if I told you that experiencing Impostor Syndrome is a normal by-product of being a high-achiever?
