But yeah, I don't think only getting 5 hours of sleep and having like 1-1.5 meals a day is very conducive to my mental health so I should probably fix those two things.

I think just the fact that I had purged social interaction for so long despite wanting and needing it badly has made me start binging it now that I'm on here again. I just keep wanting to post stuff or reply to others and I keep ending up leaving the meals in front of me to go cold while I do so.

avoid owning up to my mistakes or repaying debts that I owe. I honestly just feel bad about the whole situation and just getting messages like that instantly makes my mood for the day plummet.

if you're unwilling to wait on me, then please at least discuss with me the option to refund you rather than just outright tell me you're initiating a chargeback.
