Rhubarb cake is a May tradition for me. Yesterday was chill ‘n’ rainy, a perfect day to warm our little hut with Gaia’s love, in the form of garden rhubarb.

Today will be chilly, too, so it’s likely that rhubarb cream or dream bars will warm ‘n’ sweeten things up later in the day.
Rhubarb Cake - A Vernal Kitchen Witch Tradition
We have some coolish days ahead, and on such vernal days I like to warm our little hut with roasting 'n' baking. Today, with rhubarb just coming ripe in the gardens, methinks I'll make a rhubarb cake.

Not to mention a 2nd Annie entry that I neglected to share, in case you're interested.

In between the botanical pages that I’ll be posting, I may be sharing some of the writing exercises that I’m doing… some will undoubtedly be random, nonsensical ramblings, like this one today. Others might evolve into something more intriguing. Wouldn't that be cool?

I invite you to take a peek.

I was here. It felt like an echo chamber. I left. Took a rest of several months. And now I'm back. Not sure why... and yet, there it is. And during a Mercury retrograde, which I feel may be risky, and nonetheless fitting to my nature. I'm a bit of a contrary.
