My eldest uses a screen reader (due to dyslexia rather than visual impairment)
He requests that people put the guff (like hyperlinks) at the end of a message or post, then he can just stop the reader when it gets to it. So maybe a least worst option for alt text? No direct experience tho.

Oh I'm open minded about what that might mean. Everything from stick to carrot.

This was my immediate thought on the matter.
Either it's politically better to blame the elite, rather than the 'common man' jury.
Or trump felt he could influence a single judge more easily than depend on the outcome of a jury trial.

Our evri driver is pretty great. And posts updates on the local FB group if they are running behind or struggling to deliver something which is amazing.
