The decision to take it up is bc that’s why they were sent there. Destroy precedent and creating new interpretations for the direction they want to go vs honoring the past or actually listening to arguments.

I’m not required to prove you wrong about anything? I never said justice was delivered for anyone but this WH. Very wealthy are rarely held accountable by state/fed courts. I’m talking about SCOTUS conservative activists who twist the law for their agenda & this WH guy. I don’t need to accept it.

That justification is always wrapped in supremacy. The notion that if one of us did it, there had to be a good reason but if one of them did it there isn’t. Them would be defined on whatever group that white individual categorized as them (which is an ever growing list for many of them).

Some of us do. I bring it up a lot. I also bring it up about who is on govt welfare, Medicaid, SNAP, internet subsidies, etc. They don’t pay any attention bc too many white ppl have convinced themselves there is always a reasonable justification for their crimes.

Then we need to get these activists off the court or out of power. The constitution does not say lifetime that is an interpretation - it starts in good behavior- Thomas hasn’t been in good behavior for decades on the bench (longer of it).
