After nearly a hundred demos, I can definitively say there are two kinds of new Black Hats players.
Hackers who build one gigantic hex highway, and players who want to turn every hex offline.
One of these groups overwhelmingly plays blue control decks in Magic. 🤔

Pre-production playmat just came in from Panda! Really couldn't be happier with them. Most hexes end up getting paved over by hacks in a real game with tokens, so having the smoother/grippier surface really does improve the play experience. And the art looks crisp af #IndieGameDev #BoardGames

We forgot to cut all the cool cards we designed to sell in expansion packs and there's a full playset for BOTH players so you only need to buy Black Hats ONCE. You get tons of options without paying us more. Woops!
