My daughter and her husband have a farm. And a mighty nice dog.
Not to mention a lot of goslings this spring :-).
I get to return to my roots there. 💕

A new departure for me in this journey into sourdough baking. Looks like going to the extra scheduling, starting the night before with a levain, is paying off. This is a lively loaf ;-).

This is me all happy about four new Apple tree grafts. With help and coaching from my friend, maybe some will “take” and I’ll have a crabapple tree like the one still growing by the ruins of my childhood home in British Columbia’s southern interior.
