I could buy in to the theory that the Trump admin played a part in the assassination of Dem State Rep Melissa Hortman and the shooting of Dem State Senator John Hoffman. It pulls the media away from showing the hundreds of protests going on. Trump’s narcissism won’t stand for protest.

What if instead of California seceding or halting federal tax payments, they instead allowed Mexico to annex them similar to how Putin and Russia annexed Crimea. Then Trump would have no problem with it and California wouldn’t have to subsidize a bunch of racist cousin fuckers in the south.
