My mom read to me every night before bed. I loved listening to her and I especially loved her accent. She grew up in PR, and had a beautiful accent all her life. I don't remember what she read to me though.

Honestly? While I would vote for her in the primary, I have no faith in our country and I don't think we will have a female president in my lifetime. (I just turned 52).

I miss the parties my parents threw. They had so many good friends and we had such fun. Now I barely know enough people in my area to have a full dinner table let alone a party. 🫤

That would have been so cool!! I'm sad that the protest is the same day as our pride event, because I just can't do both. The protest here will be at 10 am and Pride starts at 12.
