I unlocked Mega in Digimon Story: Time Stranger and again I love that evolutions are locked behind story progression (and not, as they were in previous Digimon RPGs, reliant on your own feverish grindy madness) as it means you get a Christmas of mons to power up all at once.

A European company basically saying "the US is too racist for us to make an anti-slavery, anti-Klan game". Things are Great Again!

Three sources told Game File that word filtered through the company last July that management in Paris had stopped development of the game for two reasons: 1) online backlash that spring to the reveal of Yasuke, a historically-inspired Black samurai, as a protagonist in the company’s then-upcoming Assassin’s Creed Shadows; and 2) concern that the political climate in the United States was becoming increasingly tense.

“Too political in a country too unstable, to make it short,” one source familiar with the game and its cancellation told Game File.

As much as I hate to defend Power Rangers' tendency to constantly revert to MMPR this does make sense, there was a limited relaunch of the original show 15 years ago (as well as, y'know, the unavoidable and quintessential cultural osmosis)

As a movie in its own right it's just forgettable and bland except for the banging soundtrack. As a TRON sequel it's abysmal.

There's a free demo and it's literally just the start of the first hour or so of the game un-altered, and you can carry your demo progress into the game proper

Yes, one of the outfits that you can pay extra cash money for is a swimsuit (I like that it still has a holster for her transforming phone/gun)

Yes, you can play as her right from the beginning. Yes, she's employed and seems to have been at her job for a while so is likely a grown adult (always something to be cautious of in these anime games). Yes, you can dress her in different outfits (some are DLC)

I remember my first encounter with a real life Fry's, a mythical entity I'd only previously heard of from @maegodhavemercy.com comics before I moved to the US, and I greatly enjoyed the dimly-lit, warehouse-like experience.
