those people do not care for people’s problems. they only listen because they get your money.

granted, I’ve also been suffering from being unable to sleep properly for days. maybe im just rambling, maybe these are all accurate, and people only speak to me until they’ve taken all they can.

like, the world functions perfectly no matter if i was present or not, and much similarly, everyone was able to survive and/or thrive before meeting me. what do i offer to be worth your time?

(((and just remember, being a huge fan of something and loving that thing also means acknowledging the flaws it has. ffxiv is still genuinely an amazing game.)

obviously im grateful for data center travel but the community all collectively agreeing that "this content is for THIS data center and THIS one only!!!" will never make sense to me.

again this is NOT a bitch-about-ffxiv post, just something i wanted to rant about that i was thinking of last night.

1.) its not always available
2.) its incredibly inconvenient

and there's more than that, for me it almost shatters the whole "you can do literally everything in this game on one character!" view. idrk man it just bothers me.

my only major complaint with ffxiv is:

in my opinion, essentially requiring you to travel data centers just to do certain content is absurd. BIGGEST example for me is "oh all the raiders do it on aether so if you want to raid just go to aether"

i know this is probably fixed now from the emergency maintenance it just blows my mind it even happened in the first place

NO this is NOT a "man ffxiv devs are lazy" post because theyre most certaintly are not, its just like what 😭
