Your data on your phone is encrypted (unless it is very, very old). Factory reset erases the encryption keys. Theoretically, if the encryption could be cracked, then you could read the data. But in practice, deleting the keys is a quick and effective method to make it unreadable.

It is also the closed season for river fishing at the moment, so if they are fishing, they are doing that illegally too.

The application is to a terrible standard. The elevations show one sign end-on; not their placement on the roundabout, their size, where they are located with respect to the roads entering. Should have been rejected for not having sufficient detail before getting to this stage.

Tutors and fast mana don't necessarily mean a powerful deck- sometimes they are just used to make a very silly/fun idea into an deck that can be played against normal balanced pre-con level decks. So I'm not sure this much effort should be put into power level ranking systems or banning cards.

I think this would be a good thing to use some machine learning on- not art or story, or anythign creative. I don't know if Moxfield or Archidekt use trained ML or just key cards to trigger power levels, but I think a good ML implementation would be better than the 40-card game changer list.
