After 4 hours of low smoking in the opening it’s now time to layer with honey, brown sugar, and butter and cover for another 2 hours.

dude its so metal and heavy, I still need to buy and or make a blade for it. Ive actually already found a bunch of dewing patterns for Cals vest and stuff so I just need to learn some new skills.
Also yeah this shelf was a dream find, and I need more.

Looking back on this year. A Whole Family cruise, Jazz Fest in NOLA, Bourbon and Beyond in Louisville. What an incredible year. Here’s to even better days ahead.
