Pt2: Bottom line, I don’t suck at my job. I’m an educational, empathetic and reasonably skilled Foreman. My employees notice that, the contractors I work with notice that, but most importantly, the customers notice that.

I speak honestly, act with integrity and do work that speaks for itself 😁

Pt1: Two days after the election, my whole work crew and I were enjoying our lunch break. I don’t remember how the conversation got here but I jokingly said “America has spoken and they don’t like women in charge”
They all said, in so many words, “Then they’re idiots, you care about us”.
