Interesting article I reduced eating window from grazing all day to 2 meals in a narrower window & lost 8kg. I am sure not snacking on everything in the pantry & paying more attention to what I put in my pie hole was key. I know that can be hard. We need to 🥰 ourselves more & ignore the noise.

They seem to have taken the bait. I have seen several videos of “interesting” characters asking when ICE would be raiding “less savoury” neighbourhoods. Obviously the pressure for daily capture numbers became too much. 🤔
