I personally think Twitter turned into a cesspool especially the last couple years & I stopped using it but people need to stop treating this app like its some safe haven when people are bullying & running BIPOC people off the app & nothing is being done about it & when they speak up they’re ignored

It really sucks. As much as I like it here, people being shitty toward BIPOC folks is no good. A lot of us white folks, including me, are in a bubble on blusky. Just like in real life, if they don't see racism then it doesn't happen. It's been brought to my attention by a few folks and it sucks.

I agree with all of this and this whole platform being built on just “not being Twitter” while ignoring bipoc issues and also not focusing on quality of this app is causing many people to lose interest
