I also wrapped up Kirby's Dream Land 2.
I wasn't really too impressed with it. I'd rather play through the first one. 2 is just a bit too long for what it is and the animal buddies are clunky and don't fit in well with most of the levels.

Loved this game as a kid and am super glad to revisit it and actually finish it for the first time.
It's so charming and the bosses are so cool. They ooze early 2000s charm.

Finished up my yearly 120 Star run of Super Mario 64 today! Played via NSO on the Switch 2. I'm pretty rusty on my speedrun tricks - I blame it on using the Joycons in handheld more than anything.
Not having octogonal gates on the joystick hurts in some games.

Finished up my yearly 120 Star run of Super Mario 64 today! Played via NSO on the Switch 2. I'm pretty rusty on my speedrun tricks - I blame it on using the Joycons in handheld more than anything.

Watched Scorsese's "After Hours" last night, 1/1/26, with my roommates.
First-time watch. Really enjoyed it! It's absurd and surreal in a way that resembles Haruki Murakami's novels. So good.
