Is it a myth that you cannot reduce medications following GPi DBS? Yep. Connectomic imaging reveals to us the potential reason(s) why in some cases you can reduce medications post GPi DBS. Di Luca/colleagues challenge the conventional wisdom that medication reduction only occurs following STN.
