I have a question. During Trumps first go around wasn't he trying to get Ukraine to fabricate dirt on the Bidens in exchange for help and it was labeled quid pro quo and a bad thing to do. How is this any different? No US help unless he gets the rare earth/ mineral rights to Ukraine?
